If he has his way, LKY will merge
1) Opposition Parties
2) Foreign News Agencies
3) thought of Singaporeans ( Every Singaporeans to think about economic growth and making money all the time)

Why PAP find it hard to attract Talent into politics.
The reason is simple.
The PAP leadership is only interested in people who are not interested in politics and not interested in people who are interested in politics.
Corporate high flyer are careerist with a passsion for their career and not interest in politics
In the early, PAP recruit mainly politicians and turn them into Administrator.
Now they are taking Administrator and making them into politicians.
You need to strike a balance as both are important.
You need some charismatic politicians to move the ground and mobilise the people and gather support for all policies.
